I’m Sarah, a Registered Dietitian and ​owner of Eat Nutrition, with over 20 ​years experience helping people with ​their nutrition and wellbeing.

What even is Perimenopause?

Perimenopause is the lead up to menopause, it tends to start in your 40's (but can be earlier) and can occur over 3- 10 years. It is ​a time of fluctuating hormones as your body begins its journey out of reproductive years, and symptoms can be uncomfortable, ​challenging and/or unpleasant for many women.


How much time do I need to commit to the course?

The course runs for 8 weeks, allow ~2 hours each week to get the most out of it.


I haven’t started Perimenopause yet, is this course right for me?

I believe knowledge is power and having an idea of what may be ahead of you, as well as proven strategies to support your ​journey, is smart!


Is the health information only relevant for while I’m in Perimenopause?

No! The information will help support your health before Perimenopause, during and well after as you age. We cover a huge ​range of wellbeing areas including weight, liver health, gut health, brain health, heart health, stress and sleep...this knowledge ​will support you in years to come.
